The Stubai Valley has been good ground for metal processing for centuries. Since 1960, the cooperative association of forges under the name “Stubai Werkzeugindustrie” has been a guarantee for quality. The parent company of the companies operating under the STUBAI brand is STUBAI Werkzeugindustrie reg.Gen.m.b.H.
The “Forging, Hardening and Machining Competence Centre” is part of the STUBAI Werkzeugindustrie, from which two subsidiaries emerge: we as a production company and our sister company STUBAI ZMV (Centre for Marketing and Sales) as a trading company.
Our products range from tools, frame components and automotive parts to machine components and specialised processing methods such as broaching, punching, milling, welding, forging and upsetting. Our experienced design and engineering professionals help our customers develop and implement metal products.
We are proud to serve our customers from various industries, including automotive, agricultural, mechanical engineering and tooling, always striving to provide top quality and a long-term partnership.
As a competent partner for our customers all over Europe, our company can look back at decades of experience in the manufacture and machining of forgings.
Our company effort is to fulfill as many manufacturing processes as possible at our site. That leads to short transport routes and processing times. This is our understanding of sustainability.

The blacksmiths from the Stubai Valley have always been connected with the valley, its culture and the beautiful landscape. The cooperative, parent company of Stubai KSHB GmbH and Stubai ZMV GmbH, expresses this bond not least in its name, Stubai Werkzeugindustrie reg.Gen.m.b.H.. The Stubai brand has therefore stood for quality and sustainability since 1897.
